How to send in your controller.
Follow these steps to get your stick drift fixed!
Step 1. Identify
Please note that our repair services are currently available only for the following controllers:
- Xbox Series (X or S) controllers. (We do not offer services for Xbox One or any version of Xbox Elite controllers.)
- DualSense controllers for the PS5 (excluding Edge models).
- DualShock controllers for the PS4 (specifically model CUH-ZCT2).

Send your controller in to 8521 East Coldwater, Davison Michigan 48423. (Please include a note with order number)
Note: Please use a box & pad well to protect controller. Take to any shipping carrier. Be sure to include order number on a note inside the box. Please email tracking number to support@cinchgaming.com.

TMR Thumbstick Modules use electromagnets instead of traditional potentiometers. These are much more durable than standard modules and are drift resistant. Each thumbstick is pro-calibrated and is proven ore accurate than standard sticks.

What is Stick Drift?
We fix stick drift by adding a module addition to each thumbstick module. We reset each thumbstick module to factory zero.
THIS FIX IS FOR BOTH STICKS
This is a one time fix and will function as factory new. Drift may be possible in the future.
Can you fix my controller?
Please note, our thumbstick replacement stick drift repair service is currently available for the following controllers:
DualSense controllers for the PS5 (excluding Edge models).
Xbox Series (X or S) controllers. (We do not offer services for Xbox One or any version of Xbox Elite controllers.)
DualShock controllers for the PS4 (specifically model CUH-ZCT2)
At this current time, we are NOT accepting Xbox One, Xbox Elite Controllers or Scuf Gaming Controllers.
Stick Drift fix will work on MOST CASES. However, if your drift is beyond repair a new circuit board may be required. We will contact you via email/text with options. Customer is responsible for any fees associated + return shipping.
