Controller Repair Service

This is a repair service for the following types of controllers:

• Cinch Gaming
• OEM DualSense PS5 (excluding Edge) 
• OEM Xbox Series X/S (excluding Elite)
• DualShock PS4 (specifically model CUH-ZCT2)

If sending a controller in for warranty repair please contact Cinch Gaming Support via email prior to shipping for a prepaid return label and instructions. Email: Support@Cinchgaming.com. Using our prepaid label will ensure your warranty repair enters the expedited warranty repair queue.

If your controller is out of warranty you will need to follow these steps to get your controller repaired:

1. Purchase this repair service.
2. Pack your controller up well using your own shipping box, please include enough padding within the box to keep the controller from moving. Include a note with a list of issues/concerns as well as your repair order number and contact information. If we receive a controller with no paperwork or contact information we cannot be held responsible for that controller.
3. Once your controller is received we will determine the root cause of the problem and let you know if any additional fees are required, such as replacement parts costs. We will not complete any repairs until the additional fees are paid.

Please note that our repair services are not currently available for the following controllers:

• Xbox One, Xbox 360, or Xbox Elite controllers
• PS5 Edge
• Any third party modded controllers such as Scuf Gaming, Aim, Battle Beaver, etc.

This repair fee is non-refundable.
