My repair is under warranty, what do I do next? 


If sending a controller in for warranty repair please contact Cinch Gaming Support via email prior to shipping for a prepaid return label and instructions.

Using our prepaid label will ensure your warranty repair enters the expedited warranty repair queue

Controller Returns

I want to return my controller.


1. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking/build fee - as all orders are custom built.

2. Please email us at support@cinchgaming.com.

3. After receiving direction via email, we will test your controller upon arrival to insure it was not damaged by the user.
