Cinch Gaming reserves the right to change and/or update the terms, conditions, and notices under which the web site is offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and your continued use of the website acknowledge your agreement.

All new Cinch Gaming products come with a 30 day warranty. Controllers sent in via our “Make it a Cinch” service come with a 30 day “limited” warranty. The 30 day warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. The 30 day warranty does NOT cover user wear or damage to the controller. The 30 day warranty does NOT cover wear or damage to controller thumbsticks (including entire thumbstick module) or shells. The warranty does not cover return shipping although we will ship the controller back to you at our expense if the repair falls under our warranty. If the repair does not fall under our warranty you will be held responsible for return shipping fees concurrent with the Cinch Gaming website for your product. All warranty repair work is subject to a $20 labor and testing fee that is waived if it is discovered that the defect was due to materials or workmanship. The 30 day limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship on rear buttons and trigger stops installed by Cinch Gaming. The 30 day warranties do NOT cover damage (due to liquid, dropping, throwing, and other carelessness, or damage to headset ports) to the controller of any kind. The 30 day limited warranty does NOT cover thumbstick (including entire thumbstick module) or trigger issues, or anything pre-existing on the user’s controller, cosmetic or mechanical. Any existing warranty will be VOID if the controller is opened for any reason by the user. The standard Cinch Gaming warranty may be extended for certain items by purchasing an extended warranty along with the purchase of the item. The extended warranty is not offered on all items. The extended warranty extends the 30 day warranty to a total of 6 months. The extended warranty is not in addition to the 30 day warranty but rather it replaces it. Cinch Gaming will service the controller and cover the shipping back to the customer. Items returned for warranty repair that are defective due to a reason other than materials or workmanship may not be eligible for repair or return shipping. Controllers received a month or more after submission will no longer be considered under warranty and will be subject to repair fees. International customs fees will not be refunded for any product returned for warranty or refund. Rush service is non-refundable.
All Cinch Gaming products may be returned for a refund for a period of 14 days after the item was received. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in the original condition in which the product was received. Any damaged or non-working returns are not eligible for a refund. Controllers returned with damaged headset ports are non-refundable and are not covered under warranty. Controllers returned with the void warranty label removed, punctured, or otherwise tampered with are not eligible for a return, refund, or warranty repair.
Please note: We do not refund any customs fees that may be applied to international shipping customers. Custom vinyl decals, Rush service, and shipping charges are non-refundable. “Make it a Cinch controllers” are not eligible for a refund but are still covered under a 30 day limited warranty. Those items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation.

Users of the Cinch Mobile application may not use information obtained through the Cinch Mobile application for any purpose other than for personal use. Cinch Gaming may share your statistical information with a third party outside of our organization.
