How to Order

- Under controller type select the option for “send-in”.
- Configure your controller how you would like and then complete checkout.
- Once payment has been made print out your order confirmation.
- Send your controller with the order confirmation to the address below.

Controllers sent to us must be in 100% working condition and purchased within the last 6 months. We will upgrade XBOX S and PS4 S models only.
Any damaged, excessively dirty, or old controllers will be refused for service and returned at the customer’s expense.
We will not be responsible for controllers received without any order information.
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We suggest you get a tracking number when shipping to us.
You are required to pay for shipping both ways; you will not receive a label from us.
Send in controllers are not eligible for a refund, but are covered under a 30 day “limited” warranty.
