I Had them build a custom controller, the trigger return spring gave up in about 4 months & I really don’t play all that much.I think every body would be better to just use the one that comes with the game. It doesn’t help you play that much better, & its a terrible value for the money. I have only been playing with this controller for one day, but my initial thoughts are very positive. The controller is lightweight and soft, the action buttons are in the perfect position for my hands, and the controller cosmetically looks fantastic! If I were to build my own controller I would personally recommend getting the 4 action buttons as opposed to the two, but other than that my initial reaction to the controller is great! Bough my controller in Jan 2019. Its been 2 months. I play COD almost every day. The Left Analog is now drifting and the d-pad is now sticking. I would not recommend for gamers who game every day. Maybe perfect for casual gamers. Would definitely recommend getting the extended warranty. This is the second controller I’ve bought from you guys and it’s great !! Overall, I love Cinch controllers. I am someone that has owned most of the custom controllers on the market, and even built my own. I find Cinch to be superior to all the others on the market. So easy to reach and use. Middle of the road thumb sticks. Nothing special about them, but nothing special really needs to be done with them. They work perfectly. Grip gives off a little bit of a “sticky” feeling on your hands, but still works well enough. Received the controller with something broken in the right stick, but they ended up fixing it for no charge. The controller works great. Been using it for about a week and am VERY happy with it. It’s similar to the rubber coating used on the PS3 thumbsticks. They have the same height as the stock Xbox thumbsticks but a much larger surface area for you to enjoy some comfortable gameplay with your controller. I have also tested these with the new Xbox One X controllers(bluetooth models) and the left thumb sticks run into minor issues hitting the motherboard cover. However that can be fixed with some sand paper and a few minutes. Domed thumbsticks on the Xbox One controllers are simply too amazing to pass up. I highly recommend these thumbsticks and expedited shipping services as USPS took 2 weeks to deliver via First Class to me from Michigan to NYC. Better than scuf in look and feel. the leds on the back are awesome. good product, hopefully it wont break like my scuf. These, in tandem with the thumb caps, were excellent additions to the controller. The high elevation on the thumbstick marries the analog to your thumb. These, in tandem with the elevated analog sticks, make for enhanced reactivity and prevent slipping. Definitely worth the upgrade! To start it off, the ordering process was smooth and easy to understand. It was as simple as choosing a color, entering in the billing information, and entering the shipping information. After ordering the grips, it listed your receipt and an estimated drop-off date. The Shipment actually arrived a couple of days early and was left on my doorstep. The packaging was well-preserved and everything was placed neatly inside. After opening it up, I noticed the paper receipt, the 2 grips, and a tool to pry off the old grips.
