These, in tandem with the elevated analog sticks, make for enhanced reactivity and prevent slipping. Definitely worth the upgrade!

These are great on my Cinch One PS4, they help a lot with non slip on sticks and very comfortable. I ordered a couple extras for my other controllers and they work great on them all.
